Driver’s Medical Examination Reports

Dr. Neil Kumar is a highly experienced physician providing Driver’s Medical Examination Reports (DMER) at our Burnaby clinic. We specialize in medical clearances for commercial drivers (Class 1–4), seniors 80+ in age, and individuals with specific medical conditions. While located in Burnaby, we regularly serve patients from Vancouver, New Westminster, Surrey, and Coquitlam.

Upon receiving a Driver's Medical Examination form, you have 45 days to complete and submit it. To help you in this process we have same day, evenings and weekend appointments. We will also ensure your results are faxed immediately.

The cost of the exam is $159 plus GST.
