Are you traveling to a region where Yellow Fever vaccination is required? Anchor Medical Clinic is a designated Yellow Fever Vaccination Centre by the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC). What is Yellow Fever?

Yellow fever is a viral disease transmitted by infected mosquitoes. It can cause a range of symptoms, from mild flu-like illness to severe illness involving liver damage, bleeding, and even death. Vaccination is highly recommended for travellers to at-risk areas.

We provide Yellow Fever vaccinations for travellers. Our experienced healthcare professionals will assess your travel plans and health history to ensure the vaccine is appropriate for you. We adhere to all current travel health guidelines and regulations.

Please note: The International Certificate of Vaccination only becomes valid 10 days after the date of vaccination. We recommend booking your appointment well in advance of your departure date.

  • Vaccination: The Yellow Fever vaccine will be administered by injection.

  • Documentation: You will receive the necessary documentation, including an International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis (ICVP), which is essential for travel to certain countries. Please ensure you keep this certificate safe as it is often required for entry.
